Growing with our customers, the Walinga Grain-Cleaner is a newer addition the Walinga family of grain handling equipment. Together with our clients we have combined their best field practices with Walinga engineering to produce the ideal solution for removing dust, ‘bees-wings’ and fines from your grain before storage and transporting to sale point. Walinga equipment is, as always, designed with foremost consideration for the operator. Our Grain Cleaners are offered in three models; a ten inch Dryer Mounted version, a ten inch Self Contained Unit (shown at left) and the largest our sixteen inch Self Contained Unit.
Ten Inch / Dryer Mount
The ten inch auger system is available in a convenient dryer mount configuration. The ten inch auger unit will process up to 1,100 bu/ph. The Grain Cleaners compact size and mounting versatility permits a streamlined installation anywhere a unit is suited.
Ten Inch Auger / Self Contained
The mainstay of Grain Cleaner performance, Walinga's ten inch auger has been field proven effective for years. Able to process at speeds up to 1,100 bu/ph, the ten inch self contained unit gets the job done. Our self contained ten inch auger is powered by a 3HP electric motor and double belts. As with any of the Grain Cleaner line, customers are assured problem free Walinga performance, performance that is backed with an all inclusive two year warranty.
Sixteen Inch Auger / Self Contained
Currently the largest of Grain Cleaner offerrings, the sixteen inch auger with dual fans self contained unit is capable of processing up to 3,000 bu/ph. Powering the larger sixteen inch auger is a 10HP electric motor with triple belt drive. This powerful unit is designed to meet the demands of larger facilities.
There is no replacement for displacement!
Walinga's ten inch auger with single fan processes up to 1,100 bu/hr. At sixteen inches diameter, more than double the area of the ten inch unit, the larger sixteen inch augered self contained unit processes up to 3,000 bu/ph. Both impressive performance numbers, Walinga representatives are always available to discuss the best solution for any application.
ALL INCLUSIVE TWO YEAR WARRANTY
Walinga endeavors that new equipment be free from defects in material and workmanship. The warranty period is either two years from purchase or 500 hrs. of operation, whichever occurs first. Full terms and conditions are available from Walinga or your local Walinga dealer.

Easy Access
The internal components of the Grain-Cleaner are easily accessible.
3HP Fan / Blower
The fan / blower efficiently moves dust, beeswings and fines to a predetermined location.
Cutaway - Heavy Duty Bristle Auger Flighting
The auger flighting changes to bristles inside the Grain-Cleaner screen area. Bristles are heavy duty and designed to ensure a long operational life.

10" or 16" Heavy Duty Steel Auger
The Walinga Grain-Cleaner utilizes either a ten or sixteen inch auger. Auger flighting is metal until inside the screens where auger flighting is edged in durable bristle.
