The Walinga Barge Unloader transfers all types of feed, grain and many other granular commodities. All units are designed and manufactured to specific customer applications, bulk demands and even colour. Standard equipment features include independent electric motor driven hydraulic systems for boom articulation and blower drive, tough weather resistant finishes and Walinga's Air Purge self-cleaning system. Additional Barge Unloader options include one-man wireless remote operation, a telescoping suction boom to ensure optimum load out, LED lighting kits and pier mobility options. Mobility options vary from rails to rolling frames with outriggers. Whatever the demand, Walinga's engineers coordinate with customers to provide the right solution.
Walinga’s 1020 blower displacing 3400 CFM,
features Hard Coated housing, impellors and
seal sleeves. The blower is equipped with double
spherical roller bearings that are lubricated by
an oil splash system. The blower is motor driven
via a 1.5 to 1 ratio V belt system that utilizes an
automotive belt tensioning system.
An old adage that holds true for bulk transfer. *Conveying dry wheat, Walinga's Barge Unloader will unload up to 175 tonnes per hour.
A high grade ductile iron, drop through housing airlock. Walinga’s nine vane airlock displaces 4.5 cubic feet per revolution. The airlock is directly coupled to a heavy duty hydraulic motor, it is equipped with a variable speed control and rotation is reversible. The vanes are equipped with Hardox adjustable tips.
Walinga’s fully functional wireless remotes are programmed to control customer specified Barge Unloader functions. In addition to start and stop, all button functions are clearly labeled. With a one-hundred foot range the units operations can be managed from on deck. Always consult supplied owners manual.
Before any Barge Unloader has left the plant, it has been CAD engineered to site and customer specifications, its been CAD tested, manufactured, primed, pre-assembled and performance tested on our lot. It is then disassembled, fully prepped and painted, safety decaled and partially reassembled in preparation for shipment. Once at its destination Walinga technicians are available (onsite or remotely) to ensure installations run smoothly and technicians only leave once the machine has been approved for service.
Walinga endeavors that new equipment be free from defects in material and workmanship. The warranty period is either two years from purchase or 500 hrs. of operation, whichever occurs first. Full terms and conditions are available from Walinga or your local Walinga dealer.
