Walinga Warranty

Walinga warrants that all new products sold by Walinga will be free from defects in material and workmanship.

Warranty Periods:

Engineered Transportation Equipment (ETE)

  • All ETE products: 1 year after the date of delivery to the original customer.
  • ETE Hopper products: Coverage may be extended to 3 years for certain hydraulic components if specific system and maintenance requirements are met (see ETE Hopper Warranty Statement).
  • Structural Integrity (Hoppers): 5 years after the date of delivery.

Pneumatic Conveying System (PCS)

  • All PCS Products: 2 years after the date of delivery to the original customer or upon the expiration of 500 hours of operation, whichever comes first.
  • Ultra-Veyor Systems: Coverage may be extended to 3 years if the system is equipped with Smart-Flow and Walinga-supplied electrical components.

Aftermarket Parts and Service (AMPS)

  • Parts: 6 months from date of sale.
  • Parts Installed by Walinga/Authorized Dealer: 1 year from the date of installation.
  • Blowers and Airlocks: 1 year from the date of sale.

Replacement Parts

Covered for the remainder of the original equipment's warranty period.

Warranty limitations and exclusions:

  • Warranty applies to material and workmanship only.
  • The warranty is valid only if the equipment is stored, installed, and maintained correctly, in accordance with Walinga's instructions for care and use.
  • Third-Party Parts are strictly limited to the original manufacturer's warranty.
  • Only the original buyer is covered by the warranty. However, the warranty can be transferred to a third party if Walinga provides written consent.

Possible reasons for claim rejection:

  • The information provided is insufficient or the evaluation does not substantiate the failure.
  • Evidence of misuse, poor maintenance, or failure to follow operator manuals.
  • Unapproved modifications or using components for unintended purposes.

Liability is limited to repair, replacement, or adjustment; incidental or consequential damages are not covered. Dealers have no authority to modify this warranty.
