Aftermarket Parts & Service Warranty

  • Coverage: defects in materials & workmanship.
  • Period: 6 months from sale (or 6 months from dealer sale if bought via authorized dealer).
  • Installed by Walinga/Authorized: total coverage becomes 1 year from install.
  • Before repairs: obtain a Walinga claim # (unauthorized work may void coverage).
  • RGA: Return requested parts within 30 days with RGA label.
  • Replacements: covered for remainder of original period; parts may be new/reman/refurb.

What's not covered

  • Improper storage, use, maintenance, or operation beyond capacity.
  • Unapproved modifications; misuse or using components for unintended purposes.
  • 3rd-party components (covered by their own manufacturer warranties).

Possible reasons for claim rejection

  • Insufficient info or evaluation doesn't substantiate claim.
  • Evidence of misuse/poor maintenance/manuals not followed.

Liability limited to repair/replacement/adjustment; no incidental or consequential damages. Dealers cannot modify warranty.
