2018 Blow Thru Airlock
Walinga's 2018 Blow Thru Airlock - A large sized Walinga airlock with a 2.69 Cubic foot per revolution (76 Litres per revolution) capacity. Designed for maximum efficiency and minimal bulk damage the airlock housing is precision machined from a cast iron shell for unequaled performance. The 10 vane fabricated steel rotor with adjustable Hardox square steel tips for longer life. To minimize bulk damage and improve performance, a special rotor wiper levels the pockets. The entire assembly is powered by an electric gear box. A chain drive transfers power to the airlock and the units ship with maintenance free factory sealed bearings. Each system can be customized to your production needs. The 2018 is available only as a Blow Thru model 7" inlet/outlet.
6 Month Warranty
Walinga parts carry a 6-month warranty from the original sale date. If parts are installed by Walinga, a Walinga dealer, or a Walinga authorized service facility, coverage extends to 12 months from the installation date.
