No More Tractor Hydraulics!

That's right, gone are all the maintenance issues associated with hydraulics systems. No more heat management, no more caustic waste oil. Tractor PTO easily spins a generator that keeps the trailers lithium battery bank fully charged. High torque electric motors drive augers, open and close gates, lift and lower railings, articulate the boom and everything else. Precision power application that when compared to hydraulic systems is virtually maintenance free.

12-15-12 inch High Output Auger Discharge

Nicknamed 'The HOAG'. Currently the most powerful, highest volume, maximum transfer speed auger combination Walinga manufactures. Unload capacities up to 7,000 lbs / min. utilizing a 12" floor auger, 15" vertical auger, and 12" boom auger. The design includes a heavy duty thrust bearing on the drive end and hanger bearing at the discharge end. A plastic (UHMW) liner in the auger trough is supplied to provide a tighter fit between auger and trough while prolonging trough life.

9-12-9 inch Xpress Auger Discharge

Walinga's intermediate speed auger, faster than standard auger options and shy of the High Output Auger (The HOAG) the Xpress auger is perfect for performance minded clients that don't require the absolute ultimate in volume transfers that the HAOG delivers. The Xpress auger unloads capacities up to 5,000 lbs / min. utilizing its 9" floor auger, 12" vertical auger and 9" boom auger. The design includes a heavy duty thrust bearing on the drive end and hanger bearing at the discharge end. A plastic (UHMW) liner in the auger trough is supplied to provide a tighter fit between auger and trough while prolonging trough life.

Galvanized Chassis

Galvanization involves coating the chassis with zinc to help protect it from corrosion. The process increases durability against salts and other acids, long term strength and a clean aesthetic all lead to less maintenance and a better resale value.
