Walinga’s 3510G Bin Rescue Unit is a versatile, field proven pneumatic transfer device versatile enough to meet most EMS challenges head on.

Monumentally tough in a compact package, there is nothing small about this machine except its size. It's intentionally narrow frame fits thru most commercial doorways. This is not a traditional commercial vacuum collecting spilled material into a self contained bin. The 3510G is a gasoline powered transfer unit evacuating grain or other similar materials away from the trapped victim. Transferring bulk at 700 bu/hr (18 tonnes/hr), it's the wee brute of an addition to Walinga's portable power crew.

Equipped with a WALINGA 510 SRT blower and weighing less than 1400 lbs. (635 kg) it is perfect for grain evacuation, transfer and clean up jobs where maneuverability is key. The 3510G is mounted on a formed steel, three wheeled cart.

Current BIN RESCUE Agri-Vacs are offered in the 3510 Gasoline powered configuration. Utilizing a 26.5 hp EFI gas (19.8 KW) motor the unit is more than capable of handling a wide range of bulk materials or transfer situations. Testing measured transfers of corn and barley at 700bu/hr (18 tonnes/hr). Note: Barometric pressure, humidity, and condition of product will affect capacity. Reverse engineered for portability. The 3510G clean up hose and any attachments are all designed to perform at maximum efficiency with minimal human effort. Above, this 3510G cuts the cord being petrol powered. Now, distant outdoor location reclamation transfers and clean-up are easy.

A standard spec 3510 G (gas) model is delivered mounted on a formed steel, three wheeled cart with fork-lift pockets. Emergency response teams can trailer their 3510G Bin Rescue Unit or integrate it with a fully kitted response vehicle complete with other essential EMS equipment such as defibrillators, oxygen tanks, immobilization devices, and advanced life support kits. The 3510 is portable enough that it can be rolled off a trailer between duties and stored inside.

The 3510G BIN RESCUE unit ships standard on a one piece rolled steel frames that include forklift points.

Motorized 3510 BIN RESCUE units cast a 34" (86cm) wide by 78" (198cm) long footprint and are only 73" (185cm) tall.

EMS may opt to run the 3510G BIN RESCUE unit from the bed of a pick-up. Options vary from the rolling steel frame (shown) to fully integrated rig units.

ALL INCLUSIVE TWO YEAR WARRANTY

Walinga endeavors that new equipment be free from defects in material and workmanship. The warranty period is either two years from purchase or 500 hrs. of operation, whichever occurs first. Full terms and conditions are available from Walinga or your local Walinga dealer.
