Walinga's 1314 Drop-Thru Airlock - One of three Walinga airlocks with a 0.8 Cubic foot per revolution (23 Litres per revolution) capacity.
Designed for maximum efficiency and minimal bulk damage the airlock housing is precision machined from a cast iron shell for unequaled performance. The 10 vane fabricated steel rotor has adjustable stainless steel tips for longer life. Walinga’s latest innovations include the modification of the inlet and outlet ports with flow contours for maximum capacity. To minimize bulk damage and improve performance, a special rotor wiper levels the pockets. The entire assembly is powered by an electric gear box. A chain drive transfers power to the airlock and the units ship with maintenance free factory sealed bearings. Each system can be customized to your production needs. Also available as a Blow-Thru model with 4" or 5" outlet.

| SIX MONTH AMPS WARRANTY *EXTENDABLE TO ONE YEAR | The warranty period for Walinga parts shall expire six (6) months after the date of sale to the original customer; with the exception of parts purchased from a Walinga authorized Dealer. In these situations, the warranty period shall expire six (6) months after the date of sale recorded on the dealers Sales Order to their customer. * Parts which are purchased from Walinga and installed at a Walinga service facility, a Walinga authorized dealer or a Walinga authorized service facility will qualify for a six (6) month warranty extension; bringing the total warranty period for these items to one (1) year from the date of their installation. |
